The Story
Vikas began his career in the prestigious kitchens of Oberoi Hotels, before moving into the world of fast food with Wimpy’s during India’s early QSR wave. Time spent in the US working with commercial kitchen equipment companies gave him a global perspective that few in India possessed. On returning, he founded Kitchenrama — which went on to become the backbone supplier for India’s entire multiplex industry. Along the way he built Popcorn & Co. from scratch with ₹6,000, authored Roadmap to Opening a Successful Restaurant, and has never stopped coaching the next generation of hospitality entrepreneurs.
